We understand that owners and their pets don’t like coming into our office. Many animals get really stressed out during the car ride which makes it a very long trip for the owner. Many pets also do not like being around other people or other animals, this makes it extremely difficult to bring them into our office. That is why we are happy to offer the service of house calls to you.
Many pets act completely different in the office setting. They may have increased adrenaline, stress, and fear and may not act their usual self while being examined. They may get diarrhea from the stress of a new environment.
Because of this, one of our veterinarians would be happy to come to your house. Many owners schedule a house call so that they can get all of their animals examined at once and also so that they do not need to make multiple trips to our office. Many times, aggressive animals act better at home. You won’t have to worry about loading your pet in the car and the long drive. There will be no full waiting rooms to stress about.
